Tower Orthopaedics is proud to introduce acupuncture to it’s list of services. Acupuncture is a Traditional Chinese Medicine practice using the insertion of thin, solid needles into specific points on the body to help promote blood and energy flow. It treats conditions such as back pain, sciatica, tendonitis, headaches, digestive issues, women’s issues and concerns around emotional health such as stress, anxiety, insomnia or depression.

Acupuncture at Tower Orthopaedics is performed by Erika A Poulin, L.Ac. Erika graduated Summa Cum Laude from Emperor’s College of Traditional Oriental Medicine and began practicing at Tower Orthopaedics in 2014. She is the author of Traditional Chinese Medicine Curriculum Review: Pulling it all Together and Passing Exams, popular with students preparing for major exams. Erika strongly believes in an integrated approach and it shows in her practice. She is dedicated to helping patients feel better and have improved quality of life.
